MEDICAL HISTORY: Ms. Tamoni is a 40 year-old female, complaining of dizziness, double vision and trouble walking properly. Her medical history also reveals that she was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid five years ago. Her bloodwork reveals that she is low on Vitamin D.

Jerry Atrics - Nervous System

MEDICAL HISTORY: Mr. Atrics is an 82 year-old man. He was brought in by Mrs. Atrics, his wife, who is very worried. The other day she found her husband wandering the neighborhood, looking for their home. She says he has been very forgetful, especially forgetting things she just told him earlier. Sometimes he can't remember who she is. He has been very grumpy and argumentative.

Sam Anchor - Nervous System

MEDICAL HISTORY: Mr. Anchor works at CNN. He has come in because he has noticed that his hand has a tremor - that it shakes. All his vital signs are good, but on the chart it is noted that he walks rather slowly - he is dragging his feet a bit. Also, he has difficulty getting out of his seat.

Anita Brayke - Nervous System

MEDICAL HISTORY: Anita is a 33 year-old teacher who says she can't control certain movements, like blinking and jerking her head when she gets anxious. She is otherwise in good health. However, you do note that she is clearing her throat a lot, although there is no medical reason to do so.
